Refund Policy

Geocatch AI is operated by Michal Stumpf. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscription plans.

How it works

• You can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or of any subsequent renewal.
• Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle.
• The refund will be returned to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
• After the 30-day window, paid subscription periods are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop further renewals. You will keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

How to request a refund

You can request a refund in either of two ways:

1. Visit paddle.net, look up your order using the email you used at checkout, and use the "Get help / Request a refund" option.
2. Or email us at info@geopulsai.com with your order email and a brief reason, and we will forward the request to Paddle on your behalf.

Cancelling your subscription

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but is separate from a refund. You can cancel from your account billing page or via paddle.net at any time. See our Terms of Service for more details.
