Terms of Service
Last updated: June 24, 2026
1. Who we are
Geocatch AI ("the Service", "we", "us") is operated by Michal Stumpf("the Seller"), a sole trader. By accessing or using the Service you ("the User") enter into a binding agreement with the Seller on the terms set out below.
2. Acceptance of these Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or continuing to use the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation. If you are an individual, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction.
3. The Service
Geocatch AI provides analytics and visibility insights for how websites appear in generative-AI search results, including audits, keyword tracking, competitor analysis and related tooling. Features available to you depend on the plan you have purchased.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular you must not:
- use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive purpose;
- send spam or unsolicited communications via the Service;
- infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party;
- interfere with the security or integrity of the Service, including by introducing malware, probing for vulnerabilities, or scraping at scale;
- resell, redistribute or sublicense the Service without our written consent;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to circumvent any technical limit.
5. Generative-AI features
The Service uses third-party large language models and other AI systems. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date and must not be relied upon as professional, legal, financial or other regulated advice without independent verification. You are responsible for your prompts, the way you use the outputs, and for having the rights to any content you input. We may filter, restrict or remove outputs and suspend accounts that breach these Terms or applicable law. Repeated infringement of third party rights may lead to permanent termination.
6. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, branding and documentation, is owned by the Seller and protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your internal business purposes within the limits of your plan. Any content you submit to the Service remains yours; you grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service.
8. Payments, subscriptions, taxes and refunds
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. The price you see at checkout includes any applicable taxes that Paddle is required to collect.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly, as selected) until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account or via paddle.net; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until then. For payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics, the Paddle Buyer Terms also apply. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
9. Service availability
We work to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service is provided "as is" and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may delete your account data after a reasonable export window unless we are required to retain it by law.
11. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms is limited to the fees you paid to Paddle for the Service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special or incidental damages, including loss of profit, data or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (such as fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence).
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify the Seller against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Czech Republic, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
